Compaq UPS R1500 XR w/6 port card

I have a rack system with three servers. One is the File Server DL380. When I power it up with the UPS connected for the first time, it prompts me for a driver location for the R1500 XR (it calls it Powerware UPS). For the life of me I cannot find a driver for this UPS anywhere. I have tried a few things, but if anyone can tell me the proper way to set this server up to load the UPS correctly, I would appreciate it. Every time I try to run the utility to check the UPS it fails to connect. The Power Manager UPS Controller loads the device support, but the error message "Communication Failure with UPS" comes up. Help is appreciated. Thanks
