config raid in ml 150 g3 SAS

i have ML 150 g3, 2 SAS hdd 72gb, lsi 1068.
how can i config raid now.
i was enable sata raid in bios and press f8 so config but not found hdd.

The server ships with an embedded SATA RAID controller. However, it seems like you also have an LSI Logic 1068 RAID controller.

When the server goes through POST, you will first get an option to press F8 to enter the embedded SATA RAID configuration utility. Do not press F8 at this point, let the server continue.

You will get another prompt to press F8 to enter the LSI Logic SAS RAID configuration, press at this time and you should be able to see the hard drives & configure RAID.

If you have any doubts, please also check the physical connectivity of the hard drives. If the hard drives are connected to the LSI Logic 1068 SAS controller, the above option will work. Of course, as with other 100 series servers you will need a USB FDD to load controller drivers during OS installation.
