Configuration file (.CFG) for D/41E-SC

Compaq documentation implies that configuration (.CFG) files exist for many third party ISA controllers such as the Dialogic D/41E used in Telephony Applications. I am a software developer interested in building such an application. Could you point me to the Compaq web page where I might find these configuration files. Thank you.
