Console message: 'Primary interrupt controller detected a lost hardware interrupt'

I've installed the Novell patches to bring the v3.12 software up to speed, and I've applied the NSSD v6.x update that came with the new server. I've also tried to get the v3.20 of the NSSD update to work (recommended for NetWare v3.12), but that one caused the SCSI controllers to not initialize properly until I re-applied the v6 NSSD update. I've tried swapping the IRQ for the SCSI controller with another free IRQ with no success. I especially notice the problem if I make a file copy from the a: drive to the SCSI drive. Any clues on what to try next?
