CPQ32FS2 error on Proliant 3000 with Exabyte Autoloader

I have updated the BIOS, Firmware and Softpaq for Proliant 3000 and I still get the error whenever the Exabyte 220 tried to rewind a tape. Any suggestions? Thanks.
