CPQTEAM on w2k terminal server

CPQTEAM on w2k terminal server

Hi,
I run a server farm of w2k terminal servers. They are all proliant DL360s and I use NIC teaming. Every user which logs in starts a CPQTEAM.EXE process.

Is this necessary or can I safely remove the CPQTEAM value from the HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run key?
