CPU Compability

Is the Pentium III 550Mhz Xeon from the Proliant 6400R the same
as the Workstation SP700 hundred?, are they compatible ?

If they are 450Mz and 512 cache they are the same. they have the same part numbers. So, you should be OK for a replacement.
