CPU upgrade ProliantML350G3
I can not start my Proliant ML350
with Xeon 2.4 (400 Mhz bus) ufter
CPU upgrade to Xeon 2.8 (533).
HP upgrade kit was used (with VRM module).
New processor is working fine in another computer. And Proliant is working when I
return CPU back .

Re: CPU upgrade ProliantML350G3
You need to send back the 2.8GHz 533 and order the 2.4GHz 400; The 533Mhz bus processors cannot be used in your system.

You may be able to use Option Part Number 257915-B21 (Intel Xeon 2.80-512KB/400MHz Processor Option Kit) which is for the ML370G3 but I am not 100% sure it will work.
