Creating a boot diskette

I am trying to create a boot diskette for the N100 (NC3163) internal NIC. I do not seem to have the proper syntax or drivers. I have on the boot disk:
NWCLIENT\Net.cfg Link Driver N100$
NWCLIENT\ n100.dos 33kb dated 04/13/2000
Tells me does not see the NIC.
Can someone help me with this?
