Debian 8 Jessie System Management Homepage and apt-get updates

I am running a Debian 8 Jessie variant (TurnKey Linux) on my ProLiant DL 380 Gen 5 server. This  had the System Management Homepage installed and working without an issue.

I had to reimage and install the OS again and was unable to use

apt-get install hp-smh hp-smh-templates hp-snmp-agents hpacucli hponcfg hp-health cpqacuxe

I get the message that the packages cannot be found.

Likewise, I restored from a prior image I took and ran the command:

apt-get update && apt-get upgrade

the modules in SMH disappear.

I have the correct repository in my /etc/apt/sources.list.d/sources.list file:

deb http://downloads.linux.hpe.com/SDR/repo/mcp jessie/current non-free

And I have the repo keys installed.

My questions are:

  1. Any idea why they would disappear after performing an update to the OS?
  2. Where are they located now so I could (if need be) reinstall?
  3. Is there a package installer with all the dependencies available to download?

Thank you in advance, and if this is the wrong area for this thread, or a similar question was posted, please guide me to the correct link.
