Hi
Proliant ML 350 Gen 10
Raid 5 with 3 disks and 1 spare
Disk 1 ok
Disk 2 degraded imminent failure
Disk 3 ok
Spare ok
System has ground to almost a halt as it tries to rebuild with the disk 2 still active.
How do I force it to switch from disk 2 to use the spare ?
Many thanks in advance for any assistance on this issue.

Re: Degraded raid with predictive disk failure - advice please
Thanks for the reply - that is a great help. Array is currently rebuilding and spare drive is active.
Much appreciated.
