Dialogic D/480JCT-2T1 on HP ProLiant DL360 G3
We recently purchased several HP ProLiant DL360 G3 servers (series 292889-001), and we tried to install Dialogic SpringWare cards in all of them (D/480JCT-2T1). They are dual-booting Windows 2000 SP4 and Red Hat Linux 7.3 (kernel 2.4.18), and both operating systems are using Dialogic System Release 5.1.1 SP1 FP1 SU31.
When trying to initialize the cards in either OS, every one of them freezes or halts during GENLOAD--maybe not every single time, but within two or three reboots, it won't work anymore. We have tried every conceivable configuration of BIOS IRQ settings to no avail; we have disabled iLO and COM1 to free up some IRQs. We use these same boards and software in other servers all the time and have never had a problem like this.
Has anyone had a similar issue or solution?
Thanks.
