Difference between standard warranty and a care pack
I want to buy a couple of Proliant DL380 G5 servers and I wonder if somebody tell me the difference between the normal 3 year warranty and when I'm adding an extra care pack (4 years NBD OS) for the servers.
The normal warranty should also give me a next business day on-site, just like the care pack.
I can't see any reason why I should spend the extra amount of money for bying these extra care packs.
I already contacted HP support for this and they could not give me a good reason why I should go for it.

just call again
and request a second level or someone that knows about like manager or similar
it is shame that someone that sells the service cannot explain you the difference and advantages
