Disable Multicast TFTP
We have a Proliant DL 360 G3, with NC7781 nics in it. We are attempting to setup Citrix provisioning server, which is a server imaging solution, and has PXE/TFTP capablities.
When connecting this server to the provisioning server via the onboard PXE client, the server sits for 5 mins on MTFTP, and just waits. According to packet traces, and it's waiting for a multicast TFTP server. When that times out, it falls back to TFPT, an boots as expected.
We've spoked with Citrix, and provisioning server doesn't use MTFTP, we think we need to disable that option on the NIC, but haven't seen the option in the BIOS or the Boot agent. Has anyone had any experience witht this?
Thanks,
Aaron
