Disaster Recovery Windows 2000

I am working on recovering the OS on a DL380. Whenever I do a restore the system locks up after reboot on CPQPHP.SYS and will go no further. Does anyone have any tips or hints on recovering W2K from tape on a DL380? Anyone been successful in doing a restore on these servers?

Is this a DL380 G2 or G3 server. This driver shouldn't being trying to load on the original DL380.

I would recommend going into the rom based setup and verifying the OS is set to Windows 2000.
The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..

The ROM is set to W2K/.NET
