Discovering an ML350g5 in SIM

I can't get this box  fully integrated into my SIM console

it always says remote monitoring must be enabled    I see a HP proliant remote monitoring service that runs on my other Server 2003 boxes but don't see an equivalent service running or product  to download for server 2008 ..Any hints ?
