diskless DL360 G5 w/ NC380T - how do I install Windows to an iSCSI target?
I have installed the iSCSI ROM on the NIC, and configured the iSCSI boot parameters using the "ev" tool. At boot, i see the NIC launch the iSCSI connection, and succesfully connect to the target during POST.
I cannot for the life of me find the drivers for the F6 option in Win Server install. I am reading from the "HP iSCSI Boot for Windows User Guide" and it says such drivers exist, but I cannot locate them anywhere.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks

nope, I gave up and bought hard drives for all servers. It doesn't look like you can do it with HP nics. I think you could with Qlogic nics, but I decided to return all the NC380's and get Intel quad port cards instead and just boot locally.
I don't think the HP solution is quite ready. The documentation exists, but not the software referenced in the documentation. I sent 2 support tickets to HP and got nothing back except the initial auto-reply.

So you were able to get the onboard HBA working at all?
Installed all Windows drivers/apps/extra license packs and nothing.
Went into the Setup/BIOS of the NIC and there's a iscsi option (CTRL-I) but nothing happens, were you able to get to there to put settings in?
