Displaying the number of processors in a machine

I have a few DL380's that I'm trying to figure out the number of processors that are in the machines. When I go to manager computer it is showing me 4 processors but the DL380's have a maximum of 2. Also I thought the 1 machine I was working with had 1 processor but it is displaying 2. I'm running windows 2000 SP3. Is there a better way to get the information? I tried the HP insight but the results look a little strange but both show 2 processors. I believe both machines have 3.2GHZ processors but HP insight is showing 3.2GHZ but under it it has 1.4GHZ.

Re: Displaying the number of processors in a machine

The reason it is showing double the amount of processors installed is because of hyperthreading. I'd recommend reviewing the following for more info:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/server/evaluation/performance/reports/hyperthread.asp

If you look under the system board area in the system management homepage, it will show the correct amount of processors.
The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..
