DL 160 g6 601-BMC error

Hi,

We got power outage during ILO update. After power on, fans works with full power, blue led is on all the time and 601 error appears. We try to manual update bios and ilo again but no luck. In the bios ipmi all sensors shows no bmc connection. Is there any piece of software to solve this issue or should replace motherboard?
