What System ROM version is your HPE ProLiant DL160 Gen9 server currently running on?

Apply HPE SPP 2017.07.1 and re-test. Provide feedback.

SPP is not an operating system (altough it runs using an operating system).

It looks like you really need 665249-B21 (not 665247-001) supported by HPE ProLiant DL160 Gen9 server.

Being a little bit more verbose would help you mate...nobody like to trash spare time guessing information *you* should already know and you easily should provide to initially detail your scenario/problem.
