DL 30 G6 e-sata

Hello, we are planning to buy a DL 380 g6 with
2 X E5220,4 gb ram, 2x 146gb SAS, and 2x 500 sata 2 . we want to install a controller pci to e-sata for back-up purposes.What is the best problem free controller for the job? thanks in advance

e-sata seems to be external, so do you have the external disks in a extra disk enclosure?
Or do you have SATA disks in side the DL380 G6 too?

no,we are going to use external disks (eg wd mybook with e-sata)for the backup.I forgot to mention that the server will run microsoft server 2008 standard edition. so we are looking for the best possible suggestion for a pci to e-sata controller.

Then get one of the cards in there that has external SATA/SAS ports.
