DL-360 G2 firmware 1.06 upgrade
I'd like to upgrade the above machine. Connecting via browser is not possible (servcuie temporarely down). I have tried using cpqlocfg.exe using a script (error: HTTP not allowed). There are only a few options in the text-based ILO configuration (after pressing F8), only IP/DNS/DHCP. There is nothing upgrading the firmware. I am looking for a solution upgrading the firmware without starting the OS and not using the http/Browser.
Does anyone can help me, please?

Re: DL-360 G2 firmware 1.06 upgrade
I would recommend trying the Firmware Maintenance CD. It is a bootable CD and you should be able to update most of the Firmware for your server.
The zipped ISO is located at:

Hope this helps,
Samira

Re: DL-360 G2 firmware 1.06 upgrade
HP offers an online ROM flash package to update different components of this server. Some of them require a reboot, like the System BIOS, some of them only require restarting the component, in the case of the iLo.
Now, I am not too sure which firmware your trying to upgrade. From the looks of it, it might bethe iLo or perhaps something else.
Either way, the firmware maintenance CD is probably best if you do not want to bring up the OS. The link has been posted.
If you want one of these online components, click here...
http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/family/model/2543.html?lang=en&cc=us
...select your Operating System, and find the section for the component you want to update, and look for the Online ROM Flash Component. (Assuming your running Windows or Linux).
What OS are you running? And what component specifically are you looking to upgrade?

Re: DL-360 G2 firmware 1.06 upgrade
The firmware CD and/or the floppy disks helps to solve the problem to upgrade the ILO board.
