DL 360 gen 10 plus - Unexpected shutdown and restart server

Hi,
Server DL 360 gen 10 plus, reboots when powered. According to the seller's recommendations, we updated the BIOS and the latest SPP firmware, but the situation did not change.
I am attaching photos of errors and part of the ilo event logs.
Servers identical in configuration to the previous version of ilo work normally and do not reboot due to power.
This server which is rebooted with the previous version of ilo was also rebooted.

I would suggest setting the workload profile to 'Virtualization Maximum' in RBSU and checking the server's functionality.

I also switched the workload profile to both “maximum performance” and “maximum virtualization performance” - to no avail.
I tried to manually turn off the power flags and check, also to no avail. Now the regime is acceptable.
