No

You should see 1 Socket, 16 Core, and 32 Logical CPUs in the Task Manager.

Hi @Cali ,

I had seen inside my Task Manager, it only showing 1 core. But may I know why? Because when we purchase, it showing is 16 cores then now only have 1 core. It is any setting need to do?

First, go into the UEFI BIOS and select "System Information > Processor Information"

From the System Utilities screen, select "System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) > Processor Options > Enabled Cores per Processor" and check this setting.
