dl 380 g2 not booting after installing psp 7.91

After installing psp 7.91 the server does not boot it stays on the windows 2000 boot screen and in safe mode it stops when loading cpqphp.sys (iknow it might not be this driver causing the problems) i have tried installing another copy of this sys file but it did not help any ideas

Hi,

there is no PSP 7.91 for windows 2000, the latest is 7.60. So you probably installed the PSP for w2k3, which shouldn't be a problem normally.

if you are able to login with F8 and select "Lastknowngoodconfiguration", then you can install PSP 7.60 and reboot.

or

safe mode and remove the PSP and install the 7.60
