DL 380 G4 - SCSI bus Error
Hi,
We have Dl 380 G$ server installed with windows 2003 with SP2. Working as a file server. customer reported that the server get restarted and hangs intermediately.
so i have updated the server firmware to ver 8.0 and proliant support pack also with 8.0. but still the problem remains same. No hardware failure in system management home page. is any one know the issues.
the error is "SCSI bus fault occured on storage box 0.
I have attached the error screenshot.

Download Firmware maintenance CD 8.10 & update it.

SCSI bus errors can be for the controller OR for the SCSI Cables.

SCSI bus errors can be for the controller OR for the SCSI Cables.
