Could you please confirm how the firmware update is being done? Is it from the Operating system? iLO web interface or the HPE Service Pack for Proliant (SPP) ?

I have performed the troubleshooting shared by your team and Issue (Intel has been Resolved), However the Mellanox (Unresolved) your team is still working on it.
