DL145 G2 XP unknown devices

I'm installing a DL145 G2 with XP sp2.
I have 4 unknown devices in the device manager:
PCI memory controller
SM Bus Controller
System Interrupt Controller
System Interrupt Controller

What are these and what are the drivers to them?

Regards
Christian

Re: DL145 G2 XP unknown devices

XP is not supported on ProLiant servers, so finding & installing right drivers could be quite tricky (if possible at all).

IF you have any flavour of Win 200x server then you could find the drivers easily here:
http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/index.html

With XP you may try some turn-arounds & look for industry standard (vendor?) drivers for following chipsets present on the DL145 G2:
- AMD 8132 Chipset for PCI-X support
- NVIDIA nForce Professional 2200 MCP for PCI Express

Rgds.

Yes I know that XP is not supported oh this HW. That the tricky point :-)

The "System Interrupt Controller" is solved by downloading drivers from AMD.

Now there are only: PCI memory controller and SM Bus Controller left.

Could the SM Bus have somthing to do with the ILO? I have tried ILO drivers but it want take it.

Bear in mind you have Lights Out 100i on the DL145 G2 - not the HP 'standard' iLO chip!

The rest of the drivers was on the CD that came with the server.
