DL160 KVM issue
We have 4 new DL160 servers hooked into a 0x2x16 KVM and the mouse does not work. The OS is Red Hat 5.0. Any Ideas? The others servers with the same OS on the same KVM work fine. Thanks Ahead of time!

Re: DL160 KVM issue
Did u check if the ps/2 connector is properly plugged in ?
You can also try resetting the KVM. There's a small button at the back of the unit.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Shiraj.

Re: DL160 KVM issue
We have faced a similar situation. It was a rack with around 11 DL140s. The PS/2 connectors wouldn't lock properly on the server ps/2 ports.
The mouse or the keyboard would intermittently stop working and we had to plug them back in. We replaced the faulty ITFC Adapters the next day.
Regards,
Shiraj
