DL160 RAID problem

Hi,
I have a DL160 with 4x 250Gb SATA disks configured in 2 sets of RAID 1. I took the two disks from the first RAID set out so I could install software for another DL160 that does not have a DVD drive. Now the server is telling me the RAID is Inactive/Failed. When I run HP Insight diagnostics the individual disk are fine but I cannot get the raid setting back from in the LSI setup. What am I doing wrong???
