DL320 G3 failed to upgrade to windows 2003

DL320 G3 SATA server running windows 2000 DC, with HP support pack 7.40, SATA Raid enabled,

Try to do in-place upgrade from windows 2000 to Windows 2003,
When use Microsoft SATA Raid driver, and after system restart during Windows 2003 upgrade, and at system "install device", server just hang...
When use HP embeged SATA Raid Card driver downloaded from HP site, after restart server during windows 2003 upgrade, and system just repeatly got blue screen, and then restart by it self very quickly, and I even can not capture the blue screen.

Any idea about this problem?
