And I want to use the RAID Controller (Intel 82801) for RAID-1 (i've got two ATA disks).
When enabling RAID (via F9), the install program of Red Hat says "No disk found".
I've tried different things whitout results...
... Anyone got any (successfull) experience ?
thank's

SolutionThis problem has been discussed in the forum before the reason for this is the redhat by default does not have the driver for the raid controller.
You need to download the raid controller driver from the hp site burn it into a floppy
(instructions are there on the website)
Please Note to use only the release version mentioned since these drivers are tested only with those version.
After you have the driver disk then you need to select the additional driver option during install and once prompted put the floppy in which would sense the harddrive/partition, make sure you have the Array configured before starting the OS install.
Hoep this helps.
