dl320 g5 installing winows server 2003

I am trying to install windows 2003 sp2 to an HP DL320 G5. Manual install of OS will not recognize SATA. Smart Start CD will not work either. Where do i find the third party controller for the SATA, and lacking a floppy, how do I install using F6 key during setup?
