I have a new DL360 Gen10+ that is confirgured with the BCM57416 10Gb OCP3 adapter and noticed the heatsink is very warm if not actually hot when the server is OFF, but the power is connected, i.e., iLO is powered on.
This server is being setup for development and not in production use, so it's often powered down.
My concern is there is no airflow when the server is off but the OCP3 10Gb interface stays on. I have not found any documenation on HPE nor on Broadcom's site on operating temperature range.
I also verified this interface is not Wake-on-Lan capable, so disabling it in the system settings won't and did not change the fact that this OCP3 card stays powered on when the server is off.
Has anyone had any issues with this interface or know if this card running very warm is an issue?
Thanks.

Re: DL360 G10+, OCP BCM57416 Ethernet 10Gb adapter - possible overheating?
@Suman_1978 I have the same issue, I am actually monitoring the teps and they are above 90 degrees celsius. I am using ubuntu and found these two resources for firmware updates:
https://support.hpe.com/connect/s/softwaredetails?language=en_US&softwareId=MTX_bbb0949a5c1e4e36a64026c9c5&tab=Installation+Instructions
https://support.hpe.com/connect/s/softwaredetails?language=en_US&softwareId=MTX_b0ef2b7fc8a24888a96a5e630f&tab=Installation+Instructions
I haven't been able to solve the problem of overheating yet.
