DL360 G4 / Windows 2003 Installation / ntkrnlmp.exe error

I was getting a ntkrnlmp.exe error code 7 when installing Windows 2003 Standard using SmartStart 7.10. To resolve the issue I had to update the BIOS and restart the SmartStart Process from the beginning.
