DL360 G7 fan surging

I have a new-to-me DL360 G7 and everything is working fine.  What's weird is the system fan seems to surge.   It starts out quiet and then get mildly louder.   Not like start-up loud...just a little bit louder.   This cycle continues about every 5 seconds.

Any thoughts?

Though I am not sure about G7 server. However, I have got few Gen8 and Gen9 servers documents related with Fan issues.
