DL360 Gen10 Failure ID: GG8442-000BAG-X81XHG-049P03
Hi.
DL360 Gen10 BIOS Version: U32 v2.72
After testing via HPE Insight Diagnostics i got an error:
System board Check: FAILED
Failure ID: GG8442-000BAG-X81XHG-049P03
Failed Driver: Broadcom Gigabit Ethernet Driver
Failed Controller: HPE Ethernet 1Gb-4-Port-331i Adapter -NIC (PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1C,0x0/Pci(0x0,0x2))
Firmware: 20.22.41
Can help me somebody?

Please reconfirm if you have performed the test using HPE Insight Diagnostics, because HPE Insight Diagnostics is not supported on HPE ProLiant Gen10 Servers. Please refer below web-link:

First there was an error:
Server Critical Fault (Service Information: Runtime Fault, Memory, Processor 2 Memory Channels 1-3 (02h))
The Server did not turn on
After disconnecting and connecting the power cables, the server turned on.
We updated iLO, System ROM Flash and installed lasted SPP. Make Remap All Memory from RBSU
The error is gone. iLO is green, In the AHS no errors.
Does the server need more diagnostics?

Since firmware has been updated, you may continue to monitor the server. Or you can log a support case and share the AHS to get this investigated further.
