DL360 Gen11 Intelligence Provisioning Can't Connect

Hello

When trying to check for firmware update on the Gen11 Intelligence Provisioning I get the folloing error. The server can reach the internet okay.

"The firmware repository can not be reached or is currently unavailable. Please verify your network, proxy and system software update URL preferences.
Update From HPE Website https://ipupdate.it.hpe.com/
You have no proxy setup. Do you need to setup a proxy? If you need to setup a proxy, navigate to Intelligent Provisioning Preferences on the previous page."

Does anyone know the cause/fix for this?

Hi,

Please download the Intelligent Provisioning Recovery Media for Gen11 servers from the following link and update it by booting from the ISO image.

Thanks. We have updated our intelligent provisioning and it is on 4.35.4 so I don't beleive the advisory to relevant to our setup. It appears to be a connection issue but we can't determine what.

I am having the same issue on a DL380 Gen11.  I'm on 4.35.4 as well.  I can browse to HPE.com on the server and have also created the user_token.txt on a thumbdrive as stated in the online instructions.  I have also tried multiple network connections and the issue persists.

   You can also update Intelligent provisioning by SPP media. Please refer this document and try to update.
