DL360 Gen11 Servers - Intelligent Provisioning Not Loading Up

Hi All, 

It'd be a great help if someone can guide me to correct path.

I am unable to get into the Intelligent Provisioning any way - Tried USB booting, Virtual CD/DVD to repair using the IP Recovery Media, Nothing works.

It halts the installation stating, "Unable to mount the install media. Installation halted.". No matter what I try this is the message I get.

Hi @DL360_Gen11 

I suggest you to download the Intelligent Provisioning Recovery ISO that matches your server model and generation from the HPE Support site. Using a incorrect ISO often fails. and then Verify the ISO checksum (MD5/SHA) after download.

Or Update system ROM / iLO firmware - old firmware often causes virtual media/USB mount failures.

We haven't used IP for a long time. It takes longer than without it.

Simply mount the ISO in iLO or use a USB disk with Ventoy.

(I have about 20 OS on my Ventoy SSD Disk, and Setup is so fast deployed.)

Virtually every OS recognizes the hardware and can perform the setup.

After installation, just install the SPP and you're done.

(It would have been helpful to know which OS you're referring to.)
