DL360 Gen9 and write caching
We have a DL360 Gen9 that we need to enable write caching on with Windows Server 2012R2. I can definitely confirm it's on on the controller using the Smart Storage Administrator but whenever I try to change it in Windows I get an error saying I can't change the settings. It's 5 disks in a RAID5 config.
Any thoughts?

Re: DL360 Gen9 and write caching
Hi
Please check if your server has a healthy cache battery. it is placed near fan modules and connected to the main board with a thin wire.
Also try enabling write cache in bios instead of OS
