DL360 W2K Server install stalls in text mode
Trying to install Windows 2000 Server on a DL360 (not G2,3,4). Have updated Bios and drive controller with latest ROMPaqs. W2K setup stalls at "Setup is starting Windows 2000" screen. I suspect 'Integrated Smart Array Controller' (updated to V1.50) is problem. If I hit F6 during the install, when it stops for controller driver disk is shows as the detected controller. I have tried many different driver disks from HP's website and none have worked (no 'txtsetup.oem' file that W2K is looking for) or they don't list the 'Integrated Smart Array Controller' as a selection.
Any ideas?
