DL380 and a storagworks array connect via a 5300

I have a User who has this all set up, He lost one array out of three but has nos got all arrays back and can see all the disks however all the data on the array has been lost and he hasn't got a back up. any ideas of how i can help him will be much help.

What happend?

Whats the RAID level of the failed array?

What did he and you do to resolve anay failures?
