DL380 G1 Boot post error

I have a compaq dl380 g1 with 1MHZ double processors. I upgraded the BIOS to run with Windows 2003, but when I boot this one particular machine I get a config error on the controller saying it was not properly configured (a 177 I believe). Pressing F1 makes the world a happy place. But since this server can't reboot itself without a human nearby, it is a pita.
