DL380 G2 and G3 CPU Upgrade

I would like to upgrade these servers with higher processors. I see the g3 can go to 3.2ghz which would be fine. The G2 on the other hand could not support a higher cpu. I need help with part numbers for a two cpu upgrade kit for the g3 SN D327KJN2J326 (dual Xeon 2.4Ghz HT) On the G2 I was wondering if it could support a system board upgrade with new cpu's but if I could retain use of all other parts ie 5i controller memory power supplies etc. SN D206FRW1K174 (P3 dual 1133 mhz).
