I have removed the Smartarray 5i controller card, but I do not see a way to set the boot controller to a SCSI controller. Did I mis-interpret what the ROC is? Anyone know if what I am attempting is possible?
Thanks,

Re: DL380 G2 scsi controller? No RAID
Thanks for the quick reply. For some reason, this client doesn't even want RAID 0. Since what you informed me about the 5i controller means we have to add a separate SCSI controller, we will probably try and pursuade them to run their specialized application on RAID 0.
Thanks much.

Re: DL380 G2 scsi controller? No RAID
So for example, if you have 3 internal drives, use the ACU to create 3 arrays, each with one drive, and then put one logical volume in each array.
Hope this helps,
Doug
