DL380 G3 Random reboot

Hi,
Sorry for my poor English.
I have problem with DL 380 G3 server (Bi-pro, 1,5 Go RAM, 2*18 Go Raid1 + 3*36Go Raid 5)
My server make random reboot. It's impossible to install Windows 2000 (reboot during install)or use SmartStart disk (reboot when i try to "surf" in menu).
Any idea ?

Power could cause such a symptom. May be a bad power supply or incoming power. Hard to say.
