DL380 G3 Will not boot

Help!
My Dl380 stopped responding last night, upon reboot the system says "attampting to boot from Drive C: |." and hangs, Array Diagnostics indicate everything is normal, all drives are green, Insight Diagnostic tests say that everything is normal. Server 2003 EMS says everything is OK.
