DL380 G4 - Network team -> printing problems

Hi!

I have a strange problem. My server NICs are configured as a network team. Team type: Automatic and Transmit Load Balancing Method: Automatic. Two of my network printers (out of 23) does not work when "teaming". The printer jobs sporadically hangs, just stays in queue, no error messages, nothing.

When disconnecting one of the server NIC cables , i.e. breaking the team, printing works perfectly fine.

Any ideas? Could it be the print servers (hp JetDirect 170x)?
