DL380 G4 SBS2008 install problem

We acquired a DL380 and tried to install SBS2008 standard. Everything went fine until the reboot and then it just reboots went it gets to the "crcdisk" driver. Then we tried to use the SmartStart CD and it does the same thing.

Has anyone had this problem or does anyone know how to fix it?

Tried the firmware update and that did not work. The first time that windows comes up I get a blue screen but it goes by so fast you can't see the numbers. Tried the repair part of MSSBS2008 and it says there is a start up error and it can't fix it.

Is SBS2008 standard version supported on DL380 G4?
