DL380 G4 snmp trap 6027 in CPQHLTH.mib

I have a Windows 2003 Enterprise installed on a DL380 G4 with a 6400 array controller. When the server is rebooted I continaully get a Warning Event ID 1123 - snmp Trap 6027. The 6400 array controller has the lastest firmware and the HP Insight Manager says the batteries are OK. I received a page the other evening with the same warning, however, the server hadn't rebooted; it had been up for 16 days.

Any other troubleshooting I can look for on this?

Look in the IML (Integrated Management Log), do you see any errors here?
You can view the IML from START-PROGRAMS - HP System Tools - HP Proliant Integrated Management Log viewer. You will only have this option if you did install the program (it is bundled with the Proliant Support Pack)

I was able to open the HP IML Log file however I don't see the POST error for this last entry. I do see the one previous from when we rebooted the server - it shows POST Error 1785 Drive Array not configured - POST Messages, Caution Count 1. It appears that this has been happening since the server was installed and the OS was built.

1. Since there is a 6400 controller added to this DL360 G4, is the integrated 6i not being used? Trying to determine which SmartArray controller the POST error is actually referencing.

2. Have you seen the hard drive LEDs turn amber (yellow)?

3. Do you have an external tape drive attached?
